Our Policies:
It is the client's responsibility to read our policies, pre-care, post-care, contraindications, disclaimers, and reminders.
All appointments require a 25% down payment of the total price of service to schedule. The client will receive an automated text message when the appointment is booked.
Before or After hours appointment available upon request.
Sundays appointment available upon request.
Your safety is our top priority. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure a spotless, worry-free environment for both our guests and team members.
Masks are optional for guests, and our staff will happily wear one at your request.
Client satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible products may be returned within 72 hours of the original purchase date under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be undamaged and in resalable condition.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Returns are accepted in-store only within the 72-hour window.
This policy ensures the highest standards of product quality, safety, and hygiene for all clients.

We understand unexpected things can happen, in our desire to be effective and fair to all our clients, the following policies are honored:

Late Arrivals
Every client is important to us, showing up on time helps ensure we can serve all our clients as best as possible. We allow clients a 15 minutes grace period for late arrivals. Please reach out to us if you know you are going to be over 15 minutes late.

NO-shows
Any client who missed their appointment without 24 hours notice will be considered a “no-show.” In this case, the deposit will be non-refundable and the client will have to book a new appointment.
