Consent
By booking and receiving services, the client gives consent, authorization, and voluntary release to Butterfly PMU Salon & Spa and its licensed professionals from any claims—implied or stated—that may arise regarding treatments, regardless of the outcome. Services provided are not substitutes for professional medical treatment or advice.
It is the client’s responsibility to read all policies, pre-care, post-care, contraindications, disclaimers, and reminders, and to disclose accurate and complete information regarding health conditions, medications, allergies, and skincare routines. Clients agree to follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided.
Even with professional-grade products and proper care, individual results and reactions may vary. Temporary effects such as redness, irritation, sensitivity, or breakouts may occur depending on skin type, pre-existing conditions, or undisclosed health information.
Health & Safety
At Butterfly Salon & Spa, safety, quality, and integrity are top priorities. Enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols ensure a spotless, worry-free environment for all guests and team members.
• Masks are optional for guests.
• Staff will gladly wear a mask upon request.
Booking Policy
All appointments require a 25% down payment of the total service price to schedule. It will go towards your service.
Clients will receive a text message confirmation once the appointment is booked.
Return & Refund Policy
Refunds on services are not offered. All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted for any skincare products, tools, or devices, whether purchased in person or online.
Clients may exchange skincare products for another item of equal value or pay the difference if a higher-priced product. Exchanges cannot be redeemed for cash or services.
• Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Product must be undamaged and in resalable condition.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Exchanges are accepted in-store only within 72 hours of purchase.
This policy ensures the highest standards of product quality, safety, and hygiene for all clients.
Appointments
• Before or after-hours appointments are available upon request.
• Sunday appointments are available upon request.
• Prices, availability, and protocols are subject to change.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Clients arriving later than 15 minutes may need to reschedule. Please contact the spa if running late.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled without 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the deposit will be non-refundable, and a new appointment must be booked with a new deposit.
Right to Refuse Service
At Butterfly PMU Salon & Spa, the comfort, safety, and well-being of all clients and staff are our top priorities. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.
Late Arrivals
Every client is important to us, showing up on time helps ensure we can serve all our clients as best as possible. We allow clients a 15 minutes grace period for late arrivals. Please reach out to us if you know you are going to be over 15 minutes late.
NO-shows
Any client who missed their appointment without 24 hours notice will be considered a “no-show.” In this case, the deposit will be non-refundable and the client will have to book a new appointment.
